"Just returned from a 6 day break in
Cairns. We stayed at a B&B on the edge of Cairns.
It was absolutely beautiful! surrounded by tropical
forest, complete with stream, waterfall and rockpool.
There is a choice of three rooms to stay in. Our
hosts were great, helped with arranging tours, producing
lovely breakfasts and most of all friendly without
being in your face. The pool (swimming not rockpool)
is surrounded by a large wooden deck, great for
just chilling out. (and keeping an eye on my eight
year old son who went in the pool regardless of
what time we got back!). All this, for the same
price as your cheapest one bed apartment in Cairns
(which might just overlook another apartment block).
We loved Cairns and loved this place....we will
return!"
